MY MENU
All meals are designed for one person to use once a day for a week or for a family to use for one meal with “some leftovers.” As such, all dishes come family style and in servings of seven with an average cost of $14 a person. My style of cooking is protein and vegetable-forward with a focus on making healthy food extremely flavorful and delicious. That said, I love my carbs as much as anyone — and potatoes, rice, quinoa, or pasta can be added or substituted in any meal. Finally, this is YOUR menu, all dishes can be altered to meet dietary restrictions and preferences upon request.
